Can I receive my article(s) by digital delivery?

At present we are unable to provide digital delivery of articles due to our copyright agreement with Copyright Agency Ltd (CAL). We are currently in negotiations with CAL to change this agreement to allow us to sent digital copies to customers. Customers will be notified as soon as this service is available.

Can I have an Infocus order sent overseas?

Yes, we can send orders overseas. To place an order simply complete our online order form and send, you will then receive an email confirmation of your order. Payment must be made up front so you will need to phone/email/fax us with your credit card details before we dispatch your order. If you chose to phone us it must be between 9 and 5, Monday to Friday, Australian Eastern Standard Time. Alternatively you can send us a cheque in Australian dollars.

What about GST on articles sent overseas?

Overseas customers will not be charged GST on articles.

What is the cost of sending by International Post?

Regular post overseas:

There is no postage cost for orders being sent by regular post overseas.

Express Post Delivery:

Express post delivery does incur a cost. Cost will vary depending on the country being sent to and the weight of the parcel. For this reason, we cannot let customers know the postage cost for express post before it is sent, therefore the customer will be charged for postage in a separate transaction and the invoice forwarded separately.

What is the cost of sending within Australia?

Regular post in Australia:

There is no postage cost for orders being sent by regular post within Australia.

Express Post in Australia:

We can express post your order anywhere in Australia for $6.60.

If I am a school or TAFE but not a member of Infocus, can I still order articles?

Yes, you can still order articles either online or by fax/email/phone. If your order is over $20.00 we can invoice you. If your order is under $20.00 then you will need to pay up front by cheque/money order/credit card before we dispatch your order.

Can an individual order from Infocus?

Yes, anyone can order from Infocus. You will need to make an up front payment by cheque/money order/credit card before we dispatch your order.

Can I have my order faxed?

Yes, we can fax your order to you. Faxed articles incur an extra charge of $3.30 per article in addition to the article cost. We recommend that you use faxing as a last resort only as the quality of the article can be diminished when received by fax.

Can I suggest topics for Infocus?

If you are a member of Infocus you can make topic suggestions at any time. Simply fax your topic suggestions to us or fill out a topic suggestion form online. We will endeavour to include suggested material in either the following update or the one after, depending on when we receive your request. Inclusion of material is subject to availability of information and copyright clearance

How long will it take to receive my Infocus order?

We aim to process your order within 24 hours from receipt. It can take up to 5 working days for you to receive it within New South Wales.
